America the Beautiful

Discover why the San Jose Wind Symphony has become one of Silicon Valley’s hottest concert tickets!

Under the inspired direction of maestro Edward C. Harris, SJWS is creating a captivating new experience that blends the ethereal beauty of a symphony orchestra with the foot-tapping exuberance of a big band. Join us for our 52nd season as we honor our country’s musical heritage: “America the Beautiful.”

This year the spotlight falls on American composers, as we traverse the American musical landscape from Sousa to Bernstein, from Ives to Anderson. You won’t want to miss our lineup of world-class guest artists, including trombone virtuoso Joseph Alessi, master percussionist Galen Lemmon, French horn soloist Alicia Telford and the jazzy Aaron Lington Quintet.

Come celebrate “America the Beautiful” with the San Jose Wind Symphony.
